My 4 favorites in CreateOS (not what you'd expect)

So yesterday I told you about our big pivot at Create and Go and introduced CreateOS, the “operating system” for creator businesses I’ve been building for the past 14 months.

Today, I want to share WHY this matters so much to me and why I believe it’s the missing piece for most creators.

The Most Embarrassing Day of My Creator Career

It was 3:42 AM.

I was sitting at my desk, surrounded by empty coffee cups, staring at my computer screen through bloodshot eyes.

The launch email for the updated Six Figure Blog Builder was supposed to go out in just a few days.

I’d just realized that I’d completely forgotten to create a few sections for my part of the course.

Not only that, but I couldn’t find the final version of the sales page copy. Was it in Google Docs? Notion? That random text file on my desktop? One of the 37 browser tabs I had open?

I had no idea.

I started frantically searching through folders, opening files, and cursing myself for not being more organized.

This wasn’t my first rodeo. I’d been doing this for YEARS.

But I was still a complete mess behind the scenes.

The Creator’s Chaos Problem

Here’s what nobody tells you when you start creating content online:

As your business grows, the complexity grows exponentially.

You start with just creating content.

Then you add:

  • Email marketing
  • Product creation
  • Customer support
  • Content planning
  • Social media
  • Analytics tracking
  • Audience research
  • Partnerships and collabs

And suddenly you’re drowning in tasks, deadlines, half-finished projects, and important information scattered across 12 different tools.

Sound familiar?

This is what I call “Creator’s Chaos,” and it’s the #1 reason why talented creators burn out, stall, or tap out entirely.

It’s Not Just You

I used to think I was uniquely disorganized (thanks, ADHD).

But then I started talking to other successful creators and realized:

Almost EVERYONE is a mess behind the scenes.

One creator with over 100K subscribers told me he lost an entire course’s worth of content because he couldn’t remember which drive it was on.

Another client with a 7-figure business admitted they missed a massive brand deal deadline because it got buried in their inbox.

A third customer confessed they were so overwhelmed by their systems that they were considering shutting down their business entirely.

The Real Cost of Disorganization

The cost of this chaos isn’t just stress (though there’s plenty of that).

It’s also:

  • Lost revenue from missed opportunities and deadlines
  • Wasted time searching for things you’ve already created
  • Forgotten ideas that could have been breakthrough content
  • Duplicated work because you didn’t document your process
  • Decision fatigue from reinventing the wheel every time
  • And worst of all, diminished creativity because your mental bandwidth is consumed by keeping track of everything

For me, the breaking point came when I realized I was spending more time managing my business than actually creating.

That’s when I knew something had to change.

Why Most Solutions Don’t Work for Creators

I tried EVERYTHING:

  • Notion templates
  • Asana projects
  • Trello boards
  • Google workspace
  • 18 different note-taking apps

But none of them worked because they weren’t built for creators. They were built for teams, projects, or general productivity.

They didn’t understand the unique challenges of the creator business model:

  • The constant content creation cycle
  • The blend of creative work and business operations
  • The need to capture and develop ideas anywhere, anytime
  • The way different platforms and content types interconnect

So, I set out to build something specifically for creators like us.

Introducing: The TRUE Second Brain for Creators

CreateOS isn’t just another productivity tool. It’s a complete system designed specifically for creator businesses and scaling your knowledge in ways that help produce income with less stress.

Built on Obsidian (the most powerful and flexible note-taking app on the planet), CreateOS gives you:

  1. A Central Command Center - One place for your entire business
  2. Creator-Specific Templates - Pre-built systems for content, products, and audience building
  3. The CREATE Framework - Built directly into your workflow
  4. Connected Knowledge - Everything links together naturally
  5. Customizable Systems - Adapt it to your unique business

The best part? It works with your natural thinking style, not against it.

Tomorrow I’ll send over a full walkthrough video showing how I use CreateOS for business. But for today, I wanted to share some of my favorite features and how I use them.

My favorite features

Remember, these are MY favorite features and how I use them (not the best of the product, you’ll have to check out the walkthrough tomorrow to see all of that 😉 this doesn’t even touch the surface)

1. Habit Tracking

I love tracking my habits inside of CreateOS and looking for patterns and motivation based on my performance.

Why this matters for your business: Your habits directly correlate to your content quality and business growth. When I track reading, writing, and other key habits in CreateOS, I can see exactly which days produce my best content and highest revenue. This data lives right alongside my content calendar, so I can schedule important launches and content creation during my peak performance windows. Instead of wondering why some weeks are more productive, I have the data to replicate my best patterns consistently.

The hidden power: Every habit completion becomes a data point that connects to your content output, audience engagement, and revenue streams. Most creators never connect these dots because the data lives in separate apps. In CreateOS, it’s all connected. It also allows you to reflect on your habits and performance so you have more to share with your audience.

2. Infographic Generation

Using Napkin AI, I’m able to generate infographic-style images directly in my vault for blog posts, newsletters, products, workshops, and more. This alone saves me hours every week.

Why this transforms your content creation: Instead of switching between your notes, design tools, and content platforms, you create visuals directly from your existing knowledge base. That brilliant insight you captured three months ago? It becomes a compelling infographic in seconds, right where you’re already writing. Your audience research, course outlines, and expert insights automatically become shareable visual content without the traditional design bottleneck.

The business impact: Visual content gets INFINITELY more engagement than text-only posts. But most creators either skip visuals (losing engagement) or spend hours creating them (losing time). With integrated visual generation, you’ll publish more engaging content in less time, leading to faster audience growth and higher conversion rates. Plus, every visual you create becomes part of your searchable knowledge base for future repurposing.

3. Managing Resources and Inspiration

I believe that content ideas, inspiration, and knowledge come to us from many resources and many places. Inside CreateOS, you have dashboards for adding and tracking your favorite books and book notes, movies (shown above), shows, music, and more so that you NEVER run out of ideas or inspiration.

The content goldmine most creators waste: Every book you read, podcast you listen to, and conversation you have contains dozens of potential content ideas. But if you’re like most creators, these insights disappear into random notes, forgotten bookmarks, or your failing memory. CreateOS transforms every piece of inspiration into a connected web of content opportunities.

How this accelerates your business: When that perfect client story from a book connects to your audience’s current struggle, you’ll find it instantly. When you need supporting research for a product launch, your entire knowledge library is searchable and linked. Instead of staring at blank pages wondering what to create next, you’ll have an endless pipeline of interconnected ideas.

4. Using my Data from CreateOS to power a Personal (and private) AI (without code)

Notice the difference between ChatGPT’s response on the left and my Personal AI “Atlas” response on the right? Due to the data from my vault being synced directly with my AI, it uses the info from the note in the middle to give a much more accurate answer and response.

This is the future of creator productivity: Instead of generic AI responses, you get an AI assistant trained on YOUR unique knowledge, audience insights, and business data. When I ask Atlas about content strategy, it references my actual audience feedback, successful post performance, and personal expertise areas. It’s like having a business partner who has perfect memory of everything you’ve ever learned or created.

The business breakthrough: Your CreateOS vault becomes the training data for your personal AI or other AI tools. Need email copy? It knows your brand voice by analyzing your previous successful emails. Creating a course? It references your audience’s exact pain points from your customer research notes. Writing social media posts? It suggests angles based on your top-performing content.

Why this changes everything: Most creators use AI as a starting point, then spend hours customizing generic outputs to match their voice and audience. With all of my data in one place, my personal AI starts with MY voice, MY audience data, and MY expertise. The result? Responses that sound authentic to you, business decisions backed by your actual data, and strategic insights that are impossible to get from generic AI tools.

The kicker: If you decide to go this route, all of this happens privately within your system. Your business intelligence, customer insights, and strategic knowledge never leave your control or get mixed with other users’ data. (This is an extra expense that I add on to CreateOS, but with all of your data, you can leverage AI tools like NEVER before, whether you choose to use the standard free tools like ChatGPT or a paid one like this)

Remember: Only 100 Spots Available

CreateOS opens tomorrow at 12PM EST, and we’re limiting this first cohort to just 100 people.

Why?

Because I want to provide hands-on support to make sure you actually implement and get results from this system.

When we open enrollment again, it will have even more features, and the price will increase.

If you’re:

  • Tired of feeling scattered and disorganized
  • Frustrated by having information spread across multiple tools
  • Ready to spend less time managing and more time creating

…then keep an eye on your inbox tomorrow. I’ll be sending full details on how to get access.

Until then, Noah

112 people. That’s how many creators joined The Creator’s Club in the last 48 hours. The doors are now closing over the next few hours and I am going to begin to approving members in a few. And honestly? I’m more then thrilled by the response. I am so excited to see how this community helps people to finish the things that matter to them and for us to all pursue these meaningful goals together. It will be incredible to see more people follow through and create the life and business they want...

I bought a business I didn’t believe in. Here’s why that decision revealed the deepest problem in the creator economy, and why solving it might be the key to everything you’re trying to build. When I purchased Create & Go, I had zero faith in the product model. It wasn’t the information. The content is excellent. I used it to build my own success. Watched friends like Kelan and others cross $100K months using the exact frameworks. The problem wasn’t what was being taught. The problem was what...

MAN. Y'all sure know how to keep a man to his word. LOL. I'm reading through ALL of the responses asking where the link is, and reminding me we're an hour past launch time. I love the enthusiasm, truly, so much. This was my first email launch without Lauren, and man, do I miss that type A personality! She is DEARLY missed, and I appreciate y'all bearing with me on this.I have been sitting here for almost an hour in agony, looking at this video processing... The video I ended up recording was...
