Something happened last week that damn near got a tear out of me. I was sitting at my desk, staring at my screen, about to close my laptop for the day, when I got a text from my developer who was fixing an issue found during beta testing: “It’s ready. I reviewed the bugs you found, and it’s good to go.” Those words hit like a freight train after 14 months of me building, tweaking, scrapping, rebuilding, pulling my hair out, and questioning if I had completely lost my mind. CreateOS, the system I’ve been obsessively building, was finally ready. And in a couple of days, I’m opening it up to 100 people (more details on that in a minute). But first, I owe you some context and a bit of honesty about where Create and Go is headed... Big Changes (Like, Really Big)First of all, I just wanted to say thank you for your continued support over the years. There have been a LOT of changes in the last 2-3 years, and this particular change marks our biggest pivot yet. For a little behind-the-scenes summary, Lauren has officially “retired” from Create & Go after nearly 9 years. She just had her first baby (the cutest guy ever!) and decided that now was the best time to start a new chapter in her life, and I couldn’t be happier for her! I, Noah, am now the sole owner at Create & Go, although Lauren remains in an advisory role, and I plan on building out my team more in the coming months as well, now that our foundation is solidified and we have our direction made clear on helping overwhelmed creators and knowledge workers turn their messy ideas, habits, and personal data into systems they can use to grow and scale a digital business, without burning out. Which brings me to what’s been happening behind the curtain… The Quick Summary (Before I Go Deeper)
That’s a lot to take in, I know. But I promise it’s worth it. Let me break it down for you. Why I Burned Down Our Old Business ModelThe course model has been very good to us over the years. Between Teachable and Kajabi, Create and Go has made over $3 million selling online courses, and our students have made even more doing the same. But here’s the brutal truth I’ve been wrestling with: I kept seeing people buy courses and not implement the knowledge. People would get excited, dive in, and then get stuck in that dreaded “content consumption” loop. Learning more, implementing less. Feeling busy but making minimal progress. I know this feeling all too well. I’ve bought plenty of courses that are now collecting digital dust. The problem wasn’t the information. The problem was the system. Courses are amazing at transferring knowledge, but terrible at forcing implementation. And I realized: I don’t want to sell more knowledge. I want to sell more results. I want you to actually build the damn business you want. Not just learn how it's done in theory. What I Did InsteadI set out to build something I couldn’t find anywhere else: A complete “operating system” for creator businesses. A digital vault that would actually organize all the chaos of running a creator business into one central, systematic place. I wanted to take everything I’d learned and distill it into a system anyone could use. Not just theory. Not just lessons. An actual working system. At first, I thought it would take a few weeks. I was so, so wrong. It took over a year of obsessive work, testing, scrapping, and rebuilding. Introducing CreateOS.It’s not just another course on what to do, it’s the actual system for HOW to do it:
And I’ve spent the last year not just building it, but USING it to run Create & Go and manage my entire life. I'll be sending a complete walkthrough of it as we approach the launch this week, and I can't wait to show you how I use it. But Wait, There’s More… (The New Community)People might be struggling to finish courses at a high rate, but I don’t think courses are dead at all. Instead, I think that community-based courses with implementation tools are the new golden standard, and while communities have always been an afterthought for Create & Go, we plan to change that DRASTICALLY for the rest of 2025 and moving into the future. People want more real-time interaction and support, and as someone who personally thrives much better in this kind of environment than left to my own devices, I’m excited about this shift. It's my firm belief that as AI continues to infiltrate more and more spaces on the internet that communities will become even more vital for connection. So alongside CreateOS, we’re also launching The Creator's Club, a community and resource hub for creators building with intention. The Creator's Club will be a low-cost option for those who have the drive but just want the accountability and resources needed to reach success faster.
This pivot hasn’t been easy, but it became very clear to me that both I and the Create & Go audience needed something totally new and fresh. A new chapter to navigate this crazy landscape of AI content and distribution, and the ever-growing and evolving creator economy. Limited Spots for the First 100 PeopleSo here’s the deal: For this initial launch, I’m only opening CreateOS to 100 people. Why? Because I want to provide hands-on support to the first large group of creators who implement this system. I want to hear your feedback, help you customize it for your specific needs, and ensure you get results. I want this to feel like one-on-one coaching. Because the BEST a When we open it again (likely in a few months), it will have even more features, and the price will increase. But for now, here’s what you need to know:
Keep an eye out for tomorrow’s email, where I’ll break down exactly how CreateOS works and how it compares to other systems out there. If you have any questions, just reply to this email. I’m reading every response. P.S. This feels like the start of something big. The creator economy is changing, and I believe the future belongs to those who build with intention, not just attention. |
From a chronic procrastinator who couldn't finish anything to a creator obsessed with helping others finish what they start. I started Create & Go after training a personal AI on my entire life's data to understand my own behavior patterns and failures to complete things I cared about. Our tools are what I wished I always had, helping creators turn their data and knowledge into insight and progress. 112 people. That’s how many creators joined The Creator’s Club in the last 48 hours. The doors are now closing over the next few hours and I am going to begin to approving members in a few. And honestly? I’m more then thrilled by the response. I am so excited to see how this community helps people to finish the things that matter to them and for us to all pursue these meaningful goals together. It will be incredible to see more people follow through and create the life and business they want...
I bought a business I didn’t believe in. Here’s why that decision revealed the deepest problem in the creator economy, and why solving it might be the key to everything you’re trying to build. When I purchased Create & Go, I had zero faith in the product model. It wasn’t the information. The content is excellent. I used it to build my own success. Watched friends like Kelan and others cross $100K months using the exact frameworks. The problem wasn’t what was being taught. The problem was what...
MAN. Y'all sure know how to keep a man to his word. LOL. I'm reading through ALL of the responses asking where the link is, and reminding me we're an hour past launch time. I love the enthusiasm, truly, so much. This was my first email launch without Lauren, and man, do I miss that type A personality! She is DEARLY missed, and I appreciate y'all bearing with me on this.I have been sitting here for almost an hour in agony, looking at this video processing... The video I ended up recording was...
